The WNS horizontal internal combustion boiler designed and manufactured by our company is a three-return, all-wet-back fire-tube gas boiler.

It is mainly composed of boiler body, condenser, burner and control device.The boiler body is composed of the furnace bladder, the reburning chamber, the smoke pipe, the smoke box before and after the boiler barrel, the spring explosion-proof door, the heat preservation and protection plate, the platform ladder and other parts.

Main features:

The boiler adopts the waveform furnace, double sealing, three return journey and wet-back structure, which is safe and reliable.

The boiler smoke pipe adopts 70 threaded smoke pipe, which can effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency and reduce the exhaust temperature.

1Cr18Ni9Ti white steel tube is inserted into the pipe at the welding place of pipe plate and pipe pipe in the second return journey of flue gas. The pipe plate is externally attached with insulated concrete to effectively avoid the phenomenon of weld crack or pipe plate crack at the pipe end under the influence of high temperature. The boiler adopts external spring explosion-proof door, which can effectively improve the boiler's anti-deflagration capability.

The boiler tail adopts the white steel fin type energy saving device, which can recover the latent heat of vaporization in the steam through the theory of phase change heat release while reducing the temperature of smoke exhaust, so that the design thermal efficiency of the boiler exceeds 92%.

The boiler adopts advanced control system, mainly including boiler vertical console and instrument, circuit breaker, contactor, PLC programmable controller, circuit breaker, terminal exhaust, outlet and return water temperature transmitter, exhaust smoke temperature transmitter and so on.
